Shipping process, currency and costs:

Currency:

All prices shown within our Coochycoo website are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$). For those ordering from outside of New Zealand all transactions will be billed in New Zealand dollars. Thus, your credit card/Paypal transaction, on your receipt/statement, will show your payment in New Zealand dollars (NZ$).

For those shopping from outside of New Zealand we have included, within our website, an app which detects your location and automatically shows our NZ$ prices in your local currency. You are able to change currency by clicking and selecting from the Currency Switcher (click on currency tab). Please note that exchange rates are converted from NZ dollar to your local currency using XE live rates (www.xe.com/) , which may differ from your banks current exchange rates.

Shipping:

All items are shipped within 48 hours from date of purchase. Orders placed on a Friday after 2pm will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

Within New Zealand: Standard delivery: up to 3 working days

Australia: Standard delivery: up to 3-6 working days 

 

International (outside NZ/Australia): 6-14 working days.

 

If the destination country has customs clearance charges, those will be paid by the buyer.

 

* Delivery targets are a guide only. Delivery to rural or remote areas may take longer.

 

 

All orders for shipment within New Zealand are shipped free of charge.

 

Your order shall be shipped once we receive your credit card/Paypal authorisation confirmation. Upon shipment of your goods you will receive a NZCourierPost tracking number.

 

IMPORTANT: we are unable to ship to a P.O Box number.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Properly completed orders will be processed within 2 business days. A business day is Monday through to Friday, excluding holidays. Within New Zealand you can expect delivery within 2-4 business days after your order has been placed with Coochycoo.  All Orders ship out from Auckland, New Zealand.

REFUNDS ON SHIPPING CHARGES

If outside of New Zealand, we make a mistake and send you the wrong order, we will refund the shipping charges.  Please contact us either by email: yvonne@coochycoo.co.nz or alternatively you can call us on (64) 021466067 and we’ll work with you to resolve this immediately.
